General
Sirup Studio provides a subscription-based online service available at SirupStudio.com.
These terms apply between the individual user and Sirup Studio.
These terms and conditions apply to agreements between Sirup Studio and a natural person
(hereinafter referred to as the “User”) regarding the Service. Only persons aged 18 or older
may enter into an agreement with Sirup Studio regarding the Service.
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the User and Sirup Studio.
To access the Service, the User must read and accept the terms and conditions.
Scope of the Service
The Service provides the User access to Sirup Studio’s services as specified at the time of
order.
Access to the Service
To access the Service, the User must register a user account on the platform.
Registration and User Access
The User is responsible for ensuring that the provided information is correct at the time of
registration. During registration, the User may only provide information regarding their own
payment and credit cards.
Upon registration, the User must choose a username and password (“Login Information”).
The Login Information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated in
the product.
The User must store the Login Information securely to prevent unauthorized access.
The User is responsible for all use of their user account.
If the User suspects unauthorized use of the Login Information, the User must immediately
notify Sirup Studio and change the password.
Fees and Payment
Fees for use of the Service must be paid in accordance with the applicable price list available
on the website.
Payment for the subscription is charged after the item has been shipped.
The User must complete payment for the subscription using the payment methods offered by
Sirup Studio on the website.
The User agrees to sign the necessary documents and to ensure sufficient funds are available
at each payment date via the chosen payment method.
Adjustments and Changes
Sirup Studio reserves the right to change fees and other terms for the Service.
Such changes will be communicated to the User no later than thirty (30) days before taking
effect.
In the event of such changes, the User is entitled to terminate the subscription effective from
the date the change takes effect.
If the User does not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, this will be
considered acceptance of the change.
Changes that are clearly beneficial to the User take effect immediately without a right of
termination.
Termination of Subscription
The Service may be terminated at the end of a payment period of one month from the most
recent payment.
To terminate the agreement, the User must use the link provided on the front page or contact
Sirup Studio via hi@sirupstudio.com.
Payment Methods
Sirup Studio accepts online payments via Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Payment will only be charged when the physical item is shipped each month after the 25th.
Reservation of Amounts
When using payment cards, both debit and credit, the transaction amount will be reserved
until the webshop has processed and shipped the order.
Once the order is shipped, the amount is charged.
The reservation period depends on the product or service.
Authorization on Debit Cards
With debit cards, the reserved amount will appear on your account and reduce your available
balance.
If you or the webshop later cancel the order, the webshop cannot charge the amount, but the
reservation may remain for a period.
Only your bank or card issuer can release the reservation.
Authorization on Credit Cards
The amount will only be charged to your account and appear in your statement when the
webshop processes and charges payment for your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currency for pricing: Euro.
Sirup Studio uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using SSL protocol,
ensuring your data is secure and cannot be read by unauthorized parties.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched as letters on the 25th of each month.
Delivery times:
Denmark: 5 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days
Rest of the world: 6–16 business days
Sirup Studio ships via DAO with customer labeling and without tracking.
Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full right of withdrawal applies to goods purchased on the website unless otherwise
agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Notice of withdrawal must be given within 14 days of delivery and returned no later than 14
days after we have been informed.
Notice must be sent to hi@sirupstudio.com and clearly state the intention to exercise the right
of withdrawal.
Condition of Returned Goods
The customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is
necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If the goods have been used beyond this, they are considered used and of reduced value,
which may result in partial or no refund.
Sirup Studio determines the condition of the goods.
Complaints
A 2-year right of complaint applies in accordance with Danish law.
The right of complaint covers defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
Up to two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
Reasonable return shipping costs will be refunded.
The right of complaint lapses in cases of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
Returns
Sirup Studio covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Returns sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal data or disclose it to third parties.
Personal data is registered solely in our customer database.
You may request deletion of your data at any time.
To enter into an agreement, we require the following information:
Name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Personal data is stored for up to five years and then deleted.
Data is collected only with explicit consent.
Management and employees have access to the registered data.
The data controller is Nur Kasim.
Customer data is not stored or transmitted encrypted.
Cookies
SirupStudio.com uses cookies to optimize functionality and user experience.
You may delete cookies at any time.
Log Statistics
We use log statistics to analyze visitor activity and improve the website.

If mediation fails, the complaint may be brought before the Consumer Complaints Board.
Minimum claim value is DKK 1,110 (DKK 720 for clothing and footwear).
