FAQ

All of my prints are high-quality giclée prints, made using archival inks on acid-free 300 g/m² paper. Giclée is a professional printing method that creates really detailed and vibrant prints.

Because these prints are made with long-lasting inks and high-quality paper, the colors stay beautiful and rich for decades. 

I sign each print with an acid-free pen before shipping.

They’re printed locally here in Denmark by a family-run business in Copenhagen. 

Should your print arrive damaged or if there’s a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery via hi@sirupstudio.com. I’ll be more than happy to help resolve the issue. Please include photos of any damage to the packaging and artwork to assist in the process. Thank you!

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from Denmark.

For EU Customers:
There are no additional charges for deliveries within the European Union.

For Customers Outside the EU:
Please note that local taxes, VAT, or customs handling fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All prints are hand-signed and carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, then securely packed in a sturdy box with additional padding for protection.

Oil paintings are signed on the back using an acid-free archival pen. Each piece is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, then cushioned with bubble wrap made from 50% recycled plastic, and placed in a durable, protective box to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping times vary by destination and typically range from 5 to 10 working days. 

Please note: Customs processing times are not included for orders shipped outside the EU and may cause additional delays. Thank you for understanding.

I also ship to the following non-EU countries:
Canada, Faroe Islands, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
